Gallant Disposable Razors are popular with groomers and exhibitors. They use the Gallant to quickly and safely remove whiskers to achieve the “show look”. Breeders use them to trim hair around the rear end prior to whelping, especially in longer haired breeds. Veterinary professionals use the razors pre-surgery to prepare the op-sites.
Because of the Gallant Disposable Razors’ unique design, with the handle being positioned in front of the blade, the razor to smoothly glide over the skin without the need to apply any pressure. Gallant Disposable Razors have been a big success with the veterinary surgeries.
Refund Policy
Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and be able to be resold as "NEW".
Items Covered by **Manufacturer’s Warranty**
Many of the products we distribute have a Manufacturer’s Warranty. You will need to contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement as instructed by the Manufacturer’s Warranty documentation.
If you are not sure whether the product you wish to return/exchange as damaged or defective is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty please contact Customer Service who will be able to advise you and instruct you as to the procedures you need to follow.
Additional non-returnable items: Consumable products such as liquid, sprays, chalks; shears, blades, stripping knives, brushes, combs; customized products or products that have been used.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at cheryl@wheatleywares.com.
Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We are located at 430 Book Rd E in Ancaster Ontario. We don't have a store, but you can pick up your order and save on the shipping costs. Simply select "Pickup" at Checkout or type "Pickup" in the Discount Code and we will message you when it is ready.
FedEx
FedEx is not a preferred Shipper because of the extra costs necessary to confirm package delivery. Please call us at 905-648-9229 if you wish to have your order delivered by FedEx and we will set that up for you.
