Note ... It will not remove tear stains that are already there. We recommend shaving/cutting stained fur (or using Eye Envy Tear Stain Remover) prior to application and I-Lid 'N Lash will prevent them from reappearing.
Instructions for Use:
1) Apply a moist, warm compress to eyelid in order to loosen encrusted debris and secretions.
2) Gently rub eyelids and eyelash roots with the I-Lid-N-Lash Hygiene Vet Cleansing Gel using an impregnated wipe in a circular motion until debris is removed.
3) Any remaining I-Lid-N-Lash Hygiene Vet need not be rinsed off.
4) Repeat as needed for the second eye using a clean wipe.

NOTE: The word "Vet" does not mean this is only for Veterinary use. "Vet" was added to the product name because I-Lid 'N Lash also makes a "Human" grade product for eye care and they simply wanted people to know this was the product for animals.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and be able to be resold as "NEW".
Items Covered by **Manufacturer’s Warranty**
Many of the products we distribute have a Manufacturer’s Warranty. You will need to contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement as instructed by the Manufacturer’s Warranty documentation.
If you are not sure whether the product you wish to return/exchange as damaged or defective is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty please contact Customer Service who will be able to advise you and instruct you as to the procedures you need to follow.
Additional non-returnable items: Consumable products such as liquid, sprays, chalks; shears, blades, stripping knives, brushes, combs; customized products or products that have been used.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We are located at 430 Book Rd E in Ancaster Ontario. We don't have a store, but you can pick up your order and save on the shipping costs. Simply select "Pickup" at Checkout or type "Pickup" in the Discount Code and we will message you when it is ready.
FedEx is not a preferred Shipper because of the extra costs necessary to confirm package delivery. Please call us at 905-648-9229 if you wish to have your order delivered by FedEx and we will set that up for you.
