How to put the muzzle on my dog?
You have to put his nose inside. We recommend a small treat inside the muzzle to make him want to put his nose inside the muzzle. Once the nose is correctly placed, put the fastening straps with special care so as not to stress the animal, be patient and give him time to create this routine. It is not recommended to use a muzzle to stop barking. If your dog barks incessantly, we recommend a visit to the veterinarian to determine the cause and possible solution.
How to choose a muzzle for my dog?
When our pet is forced to use a muzzle, it has to fulfill a basic requirement - to prevent it from biting - but it is also essential to make it as respectful as possible to the dog. The muzzle must be used in those situations where it is required, and not as a habit. It should not be used during the day, for example, when left at home alone without supervision as it could cause anxiety to your dog and that is not the function of a muzzle.
Recommendations for the first time your pet is going to use a muzzle.
We recommend showing it to your pet so that he becomes familiar with it. Wear it for a few minutes around the house so that he gets used to it, distract him with games and reward him with affection or caresses, even a treat! If your pet is rebellious and does not listen to you, we recommend that you attend a trainer who will teach your dog better behavior and you how to redirect him and reward him for it.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and be able to be resold as "NEW".

Many of the products we distribute have a Manufacturer’s Warranty. You will need to contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement as instructed by the Manufacturer’s Warranty documentation.
If you are not sure whether the product you wish to return/exchange as damaged or defective is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty please contact Customer Service who will be able to advise you and instruct you as to the procedures you need to follow.
Additional non-returnable items: Consumable products such as liquid, sprays, chalks; shears, blades, stripping knives, brushes, combs; customized products or products that have been used.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We are located at 430 Book Rd E in Ancaster Ontario. We don't have a store, but you can pick up your order and save on the shipping costs. Simply select "Pickup" at Checkout or type "Pickup" in the Discount Code and we will message you when it is ready.
FedEx is not a preferred Shipper because of the extra costs necessary to confirm package delivery. Please call us at 905-648-9229 if you wish to have your order delivered by FedEx and we will set that up for you.
