Very disapointed about Customer service
"Ordered the DiamaStripper, but was sent the Micron DiamaStripper which was also rusty on one side. I cannot recommend this company. I ordered a stripping tool for approximately CAD 250, but I was sent the wrong version (too small), which was also rusty on one side. Mike initially responded to my complaint, but ultimately stopped communicating altogether. He has ignored both my emails and phone calls and apparently refuses to replace the incorrect, defective tool. Since I live in Germany, I provided him with a U. S. shipping address. I also offered to return the defective tool. I am extremely disappointed with the way this company treats its customers."
