Directions for Use:
Step 1: The Eye Envy Tear Stain Solution is the first of a 2-step system for Dogs and Cats that will remove and eliminate tear stains. Externally applied, this safe, non-irritating cleanser removes unsightly stains and inhibits dark staining production. Eye Envy is available in both the Original and Non-Refrigerated (NR) Versions, and is safe to use on kittens and puppies. The Eye Envy Solution may also be applied to the feet and mouth/beard stains.
Original Formula: The original formula must be refrigerated and will last between 2-3 months.
NR Formula: Just as effective as the Original formula but does not need to be refrigerated. Eye Envy Solutions are natural and do not contain Preservatives. (we only sell the NR Formula)
Note: For best results, use Step 2- Application Powder when initially removing stains. It is strongly recommended to use Both the Eye Envy Solution and powder. Eye Envy does not contain any bleach, peroxide, steroids or other harmful agents and is topically applied.
It is the exact same product for Dogs and Cats. Only the difference is the picture on the bottle.
Boric Crystals – is a natural cleanser and antibacterial that is used in well-established eye washes to help relieve irritation and discomfort.
Witch Hazel – its astringent properties are perfect for killing bacteria and also drying the area affected by tear stains.
Colloidal Silver – a natural antibacterial, antiviral and anti-inflammatory, which mimics the properties of antibiotics. This will help control and stop the growth of bacteria, causing the tears stains.

All natural, human-grade ingredients and cruelty free. Does not contain parabens, peroxide, bleach, steroids, antibiotics or other harmful agents.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and be able to be resold as "NEW".
Items Covered by **Manufacturer’s Warranty**
Many of the products we distribute have a Manufacturer’s Warranty. You will need to contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement as instructed by the Manufacturer’s Warranty documentation.
If you are not sure whether the product you wish to return/exchange as damaged or defective is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty please contact Customer Service who will be able to advise you and instruct you as to the procedures you need to follow.
Additional non-returnable items: Consumable products such as liquid, sprays, chalks; shears, blades, stripping knives, brushes, combs; customized products or products that have been used.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We are located at 430 Book Rd E in Ancaster Ontario. We don't have a store, but you can pick up your order and save on the shipping costs. Simply select "Pickup" at Checkout or type "Pickup" in the Discount Code and we will message you when it is ready.
FedEx is not a preferred Shipper because of the extra costs necessary to confirm package delivery. Please call us at 905-648-9229 if you wish to have your order delivered by FedEx and we will set that up for you.
