Disappointed
"I purchased the Iponic Scrub Gentle Exfoliation with high expectations and was genuinely very happy about my purchase. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed when I received the product and realized that it had less than one month left before its expiration date. The product contains 12 sachets, and I would not realistically be able to use all of them within one month. I contacted the customer service team about this issue and, so far, I am still waiting for a response. I am very disappointed that a product was sent to me with such a short expiration date, especially without any prior notice. I hope the team can get back to me and offer a reasonable solution. At this point, my experience has been quite disappointing, particularly because of the expiration date and the lack of customer service response."
