White on White gets the yellow OUT! but for the brightest possible White, use Clean Start first to prepare the cuticle to receive the White on White shampoo.
White on White can be used on ALL coat colours. This product is an optic intensifying treatment within a shampoo, removing all yellow stains and leaving a lustrous sheen on darker coat colours. White on White contains no bleaching agents, no caustic chemicals and no softening agents.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
- Use Clean Start Clarifying Shampoo first, pre-wet coat, apply directly to coat or you can dilute up to 8:1, work into a lather, rinse thoroughly.
- Apply White on White directly to coat (DO NOT DILUTE), work into a lather, allow to remain on the coat for 10 minutes, rinse thoroughly. If stubborn stains remain, apply directly on stain for another 5 minutes, rinse thoroughly.
- Apply After U Bathe directly into the wet coat, work through coat with fingers, rinse thoroughly.
- To spot clean between baths, shake well and spray Show Off No Rinse Cleaner directly on soiled and dull areas. Work it into a lather then towel off or blow dry. Repeat the process for stubborn stains.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and be able to be resold as "NEW".
Items Covered by **Manufacturer’s Warranty**
Many of the products we distribute have a Manufacturer’s Warranty. You will need to contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement as instructed by the Manufacturer’s Warranty documentation.
If you are not sure whether the product you wish to return/exchange as damaged or defective is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty please contact Customer Service who will be able to advise you and instruct you as to the procedures you need to follow.
Additional non-returnable items: Consumable products such as liquid, sprays, chalks; shears, blades, stripping knives, brushes, combs; customized products or products that have been used.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
